One of the goals of the James River Home School Foundation is to offer and organize educational programs that will encourage home-schooled students to strive for academic excellence.



James River Home School Foundation is a nonprofit Christian organization established in 2009 to provide educational and extra-curricular enrichment opportunities for Virginia home-schooled students.

As you know, Coronavirus, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death.

Participating in James River Home School Foundation DBA James River Eagles and James River Cobblestones programs or accessing the facilities that we utilize could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. James River Home School Foundation in no way warrants that COVID-19 infection will not occur through participation in our programs or utilizing these facilities.  We will take precautions with social distancing, sanitizing/cleaning, etc., however, there could still be a risk. If your family has someone immune compromised, you may want to consider taking the semester/season off.
